By accessing or using EV Guardian (the "App" and "Website" at evguardian.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EV Guardian provides EV range prediction, trip planning, charging station discovery, and community-driven data services for electric vehicle owners. Our predictions are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole source of driving decisions.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading charging station reports
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Create automated scripts to access the service without permission
  • Impersonate other users or entities

5. Community Content

When you submit content (reviews, photos, reports) to EV Guardian, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within our platform. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

EV Guardian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Range predictions are estimates based on available data and may not reflect actual driving range. Always maintain a safety margin and plan accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

EV Guardian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. This includes but is not limited to situations where the actual range differs from predicted range.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the community.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
